Very Disappointing Update

While I appreciate having Mass times easily accessible, this update is a regrettable downgrade from earlier version.

The principal problem is the very intrusive dynamic Google ads which are distracting and also interfere with screen usage. In my opinion, the upgrade price to remove the ads is excessive.
The new UI is colorless — literally. Text is endless lines of black-on-white, scrolling off the bottom of the screen and bumping into the aforementioned ads.
The prominent “Business Finder” menubar uses up real estate that should be going to church details;
As the developers note, you do lose your bookmarked churches, which in my case were numerous; at least users are warned of this when upgrading.

The older version of the app is perfectly useable if you still have it. I recommend not upgrading.
